I personally witnessed a woman purchase a meal because she needed to use the restroom, only to find out that there is NO public restroom—only an employee restroom. After she made the purchase, she was refused a refund. Even worse, staff were speaking negatively about her because of her nationality. That is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. If customers are expected to purchase food in order to use the facilities, then they should be clearly informed before making a purchase that there is no public restroom. There was no obvious sign explaining this. The dining area is open to the public, yet I did not see any clearly posted maximum occupancy information. I also did not see visible CPR instructions or an AED. If you're operating a restaurant with a public dining area, these are serious safety concerns that management should be able to explain. And let's talk about the heat inside this restaurant. It was around 90 degrees outside, and the restaurant was barely being cooled. One blower fan is supposed to cool an entire restaurant with employees and customers inside? That's ridiculous. Employees should not be expected to work in excessive heat, and customers should

I was dying to try their chicken and I was so surprised when they opened so close to me. I have gone there a few times and ordered online as well. Very delicious. Just wish the bathroom was available for the customers and not just the employees

Food was good! Says on google the store opens at 10, but they stop letting people in at 8. Placed an order online to get skipped by 3 others. Service needs to be organised and needs to be better on not making people wait.

The noodles still raw. The sauce is good. I think too many order they prepare and try to rush through. But hopefully they make it right next time
